New Generation Leaders

New Generation Leaders (NGL) provides networking and learning opportunities for the "next generation" of leaders in the paperboard packaging industry.

John Hartwell, Executive Vice President of the Packaging Division of PaperWorks Industries, Inc. will lead a discussion on change management at our next meeting, with an emphasis on comparisons between smaller and larger companies' organizational cultures. Lunch will be provided to NGL members in attendance.
